New research: The State as a System of Value Flows: A Value-Flow Theory of Governance and the Design of Axiacracy
Victor Bolshakov published a new work at ÆVRI after expert review.
Artificial intelligence weakens the link between labour and value on which taxation, welfare and GDP were built. This paper asks whether a state can instead be governed by sensing and rebalancing value flows across society. It sets out a value-flow theory of the state, a governing mechanism with explicit limits, the failure modes of that mechanism and a method for testing it, packaged from the Axiacracy research programme. It is a theory and a design under test: no simulation results are reported.
